What are some tips to see improvements faster? I've been eating more fruits and veggies and lots of salad but i was wondering if I could do more? I think it's just hard because I live at home and my mom normally cooks
Count what you eat and keep your small deficit. This and patience is the one and only working way. 7000 kcals deficit per kg of fat is a lot and will take at least 2 weeks if done healthy. So take your time and relax. Why do you want it "fast" anyways?
