I have been active since I could walk When I was four I began taking dance and continued in various types until I was 18 I then explored different forms of martial arts In my late 20's I got married and switched my focus to learning Yoga more in depth and received my Yoga Exercise Specialist Certification which I have kept current by taking 10 CEC's every 2 yearsFour years ago I decided to add another certification to the list and became a Personal Trainer In 2015 attended the CanFitPro conference and obtained a Piloxing Knockout Certification and joined their association PIA This past year I completed a YogaTune Up and Raja Yoga Workshop. I also completed a TRX Functional Training Course
