Description

This fitness test starts modestly, but each of the four exercises increase in intensity until the final grueling exercise. Take note of the number of reps you complete for each exercise, then after a few weeks complete this workout again and see if you can do more reps than previously! There is no equipment needed for this test. Let's go!
