About Me

JenEvans Training specializes in online personal training for women and youth. With the training app you will receive customized workouts and nutrition plans based on your goals and fitness levels, which you can access through your smartphone or tablet. Jenny Evans is a NASM personal trainer, a NASM nutrition coach, a NASM women's fitness specialist, a Moms into Fitness Prenatal and Postnatal fitness specialist, an ACE youth fitness specialist and an UESCA running coach. She is also a hiker and trail runner and participates in many mountain trail races every year.

Did you know? Core muscles are not only important in in labor and deliver, but they are also important in the pregnant woman's changing center of gravity, postural changes and muscle imbalances. Keeping the core muscles pliable and strong will decrease common pregnancy discomforts.
