Description

The American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 30-minutes of moderate to intense cardio, at least 5 days per week to maintain a healthy heart. Not only will this Gym Cardio program inspire you to use different machines, but you will burn tons of calories, increase your lower body strength, improve your core and build your endurance all at the same time. The workouts become progressively longer and more challenging. If you miss a workout, fit it in as soon as you can. You can use a heart rate monitor to track your exertion level and make sure you are pushing yourself enough. You will need access to the following machines: treadmill, elliptical, stair machine and rowing machine.
