Get down on all fours. Knees on the ground. Rotate your hands outward and spread your fingers (left hand fingers pointed to the left, right handed fingers to the right). Move side to side by pushing away from the ground while keeping both hands in place. Remember to keep heels on the ground the whole time and perform movement slowly to really feel that stretch.
