I grew up on the family farm but my passion was always sports. I grew up very active playing basketball and baseball so eating healthy and training were a part of my lifestyle from an early age. At the age of 28, I was working as a General Manager for a multi million dollar facility when I realized I wasn't getting any satisfaction out of my career. I had seen a t-shirt that said, "Love what you do, do what you love". It was then I decided to begin working on a new career as a health and fitness professional. Two years later, I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Performance Enhancement. It is my mission to inspire and motivate others to becoming the best possible versions of themselves!
