Description

Begin with the rings hanging a few inches off the floor. Get into a plank position with your hands on the rings. Start the grip with your palms toward your feet. As you lower down into your push-up, rotate your palms to face your head. Rotate back as you push back up to plank. Keep going with controlled rotations.
