Description

Begin with the rings hanging a few inches off the floor. Get into a normal plank position with your hands on the rings. As you lower down into your push-up, keep one hand near your waist and draw the other hand out in front. This should create an 'alligator mouth'. Return the extended hand, push back up, then repeat by extending the other hand. Alternate sides.
