Description

Adjust the rings to chest height. Hold the rings with your arms straight. Have your feet positioned ahead of the rings so you can lean backwards. Pull your shoulder blades together and stretch your arms wide to pull your body up. Once your arms are extended, slowly return to start. Repeat.
