All of my fav stretching n modified from top 30 sun stretches plus
Double leg stretch=shin box stretch
Adv glute roll=sitting pretzel stretch
Head to knee= b wide
Side stretch=same as above w arm to the ceiling
Tabletop = Cat cow with butt moving to L&R
1/2 Frog pose = frog pose with butt & legs moving
Lying quad stretch
Then Lying L shape with arm waving to another side
