This is EPIC Heat! This 10-week program stands along side the EPIC programs, but the workouts are only about 30 mins each. These do at home workouts only require some minimal equipment, various sizes of dumbbells, or kettlebells, or barbells, a step box, yoga block, and all will bring the HEAT. 5 workouts a week cover legs, arms, full body, and cardio.
