Description

It’s time to train for climbing. Track your climbing and running sessions as additional activities using Workout Trainer. Do hangboard workouts in the AM, and always before climbing at the gym. When you hit the climbing gym, alternate between power endurance days (doubles aka laps), onsight days, and project days (chip away at harder routes that you can't get in a couple of burns). If it's a bouldering day, play 'Spanish Bouldering Workout' or 'Bouldering Laps' or 'Bouldering Redpoint Timer' workouts. Feel free to play the 'Shoulder Warm-Up with Band' workout in addition to all of this. Add in additional stretching, core work, and yoga as you see fit.
