<p>crossfitter, i require water, & roast beef & Christmas Ham hahah... <em> finally got around to saving this after leaving it blank for a month. I recently have foundan interest in Cross Fit, and its great cardio workouts, stability ball, and of course pumping iron., Was always in shape and health conscious and worked out 6 days a week, could benchpress a small volkswagon,(not that strong),l from the mid 90's till the year 2006 when i decided to modify my diet to that of a super powerlifter. I then gained 90 lbs of muscle water and FAT! So, anyways I Started the new journey of transforming my new fatty waist into muscle again in early 2011. </em></p> <p><em><br>and after falling off the wagon a few times I finally decided to get serious in spring of this year. My blood pressure was borderline, and bursitis was creeping in! Bursitis at my age !! I was shocked, mortified really, Icouldnt believe how far I'd fallen in one year. So in May of this year i started mimicking my old workouts and copying the workouts of some of the people here..And viola! Im now on the righteous path of hard work and harder determination. Today I have No more surprise bursitis, blood pressure is normal also, Acid levels are normal, liver is clean, its a an divine act coupled with hard work + sacrifice..</em></p> <p><em><br>love hiking, biking, watersports, skiing,boating, fishing and hunting --every once a few years.. and shooting sports, Clay pigeons, comp, NRA member 4life! Not a gun nut though,I just think/believe all of our rights should be protected, so don't worry.:).LOL, Weights, working out, baskettball, tennis, pick up games at the Y, and hoping to start judo classes in january 2013 to keep busy..I would love to start working out in an mma type gym again, mainly because thier style of workouts are very Fun, and whip u into shape...Also looking to get my pilots lisence by ending 2013..ahhh hopefully </em></p> <p><em>Personal bests bench press 405 2008-09 Squat 565, Deadlift 503, cant evern touch those numbers today but am very cool with that!! just want to thin down, be healthier and fit into a size 34 waist pants again!..</em></p> <p><em><br>Love going to amusement parks Busch gardens , Kings Dominion, Six flags carrowinds , they all Rock !
