Lace up your sneaks and get ready for a heart pounding, feel-good, all-bodyweight program that will set your health up for success. Endurance is the name of the game here with all workouts being within a 40-60 min range. We promise there are only a few burpees as we've also kept our low-impact friends in mind with this grouping. We understand that sometimes active people get hurt, have babies, or are at that point in their lives where impact just doesn't feel right anymore but they still want to stay heart-healthy. Have fun sweating buckets and don't forget to drink bucketloads, too.
