Want a quick and dirty series to help you get some quick and dirty muscles? Look no further than this lovely group of workouts right here. For this total-body, muscle-building series, you'll need a few different sizes of weights. If you do not have varying sizes of weights, try to get creative with what is lying around your home. Bags of soil or rice, gallons of water, or even cinder blocks will do. Just make sure that whichever weight you choose, it's heavy enough to make the last 2-3 reps of every exercise difficult. This is not an endurance program; therefore weights should feel heavy as long as your form stays intact. We are going for Hypertrophy. So, go for it and try a heavier weight to see how you do! You might be surprised at what you can accomplish.
