Public service announcement: low-impact doesn't mean low-intensity. On offer here is a moderate fitness program that will ramp up your heart rate with high intensity training that's easy on the joints. We repeat, there will be no jumping exercises that'll disturb your neighbors in this program! This is the second progression in our three-part series and is a great option for anyone with a good movement foundation. Step up to the challenge of low-impact training!
