Description

It is recommended for you to wait 6 weeks after giving birth before you begin postnatal exercise training. After the 6 weeks is up, do this program to help you tone up and tighten up. Post-baby is all about reconditioning. Even though you put in a ton of hard work leading up to your delivery, your core is back to square one. Most of the exercises will focus on restrengthening the core and rebuilding your cardio. Get ready for some hard work! Note: consult your physician before you begin any workout training program. Quickdraw Adjustable Dumbbells

We love these adjustable dumbbells from Rep Fitness. They take up very little space and are also very durable compared to other adjustable dumbbells on the market.
