Description

This is a Treadmill-based workout for marathon training using the Breath Runner™️ methodology. This program is intended for runners who have completely at least a 5K (3.1 mile) run before, and who have completed the Breath Runner TM Marathon01 program. The option to run on trails, roads or track is always available. Always consult your physician before engaging in strenuous exercise.
