Description

Are you ready to get super sweaty? In this program, you'll spend four weeks focusing on losing weight by adding cardio and endurance workouts into your routine. Some workouts are lower-impact and some pay a little extra attention to your core to keep you well conditioned throughout. You'll be working out four days a week, with each workout ranging between 15-30 minutes. The only equipment you'll need is a mat and a simple step, box, or bench.
