Set 1: 1 round
Run 1 Mile
Run 1 Mile
7 minutes
Lower your torso until your elbows form a 90 degree angle. Make sure to maintain your plank position and keep your neck neutral. Push back up to high plank by straightening your arms. Repeat.
100 Push-ups
2 mins 30 secs
Exhale and you curl your back to lift your shoulders towards the ceiling. Lower to the ground and repeat.
100 Crunches
2 mins 30 secs

Awesime workout ...honestly one more set of 1 mile and 25 push ups and 25 crunchrs and im out barely finished it and manager to get my 3 miles under 7 minutes ,did military push ups to finish the 100 push upd under 2 mins and 30 sec ,very awesome workout guys!!!

Maybe crunches on the ball are safer? Crunches are obsolete, so I'll be replacing them in all my workouts!

This one is a bitch. I've been doing it weekly for a few months now. I feel like if I could ever finish these in the time alloted I would be in great shape. Right now I'm reaching the goals for crunches and for the first mile. The push ups and other miles are still short. I do the crunches on one of those large bouncy balls instead though to make it a little more difficult.
