I have a whole host of health conditions and all the Dr's tell me is "lose weight" I'm super frustrated because I have ra and most exercise programs have you do push-ups or planks - exercises that involve putting pressure on your hands. At a minimum, this feels light and uncomfortable and a max this causes me a lot of pain. What are some exercise programs (pro member!) You recommend I try to lose weight that are low impact and are easy on my joints?
