I have a whole host of health conditions and all the Dr's tell me is "lose weight" I'm super frustrated because I have ra and most exercise programs have you do push-ups or planks - exercises that involve putting pressure on your hands. At a minimum, this feels light and uncomfortable and a max this causes me a lot of pain. What are some exercise programs (pro member!) You recommend I try to lose weight that are low impact and are easy on my joints?

I have arthritis. Not ra but regular arthritis. In my chest & pretty much all of my joints. I have found that walking & running helps. Although some days it hurts my knees. I do yoga & tai chi. Along with meditation. I have had to really focus on changing my diet & I have noticed that gluten effects the arthritis (at least in me) I don’t avoid it altogether but watch more how much I ingest now. I suggest you to Go to a nutritionist biologist..then to cure the emotional conflict related to rheumatoid arthritis..
