Yeah, been with a chiropractor for years needing regular adjustments when i feel my low back slip or getting ready to slip out of place. it helps for a couple of months. Brendon at the waist for anything and waking up every morning just brings on the discomfort. i am regularly running through very simple yoga stretching to help lessen the discomfort bit nothing has helped to remove and fix the pain. i am open to any help or suggestions.
sounds like alignment and flexibility is being addressed but there are very specific exercises necessary to help stabilize the area and functional patterns with correct muscle engagement to maintain proper alignment not only in static positions but normal activities. Its not something that will be fixed quickly but a consistent and progressive strength/stability/proprioceptive program will help ensure what is adjusted will hold with normal daily activity as well as in situations or activities that are more demanding and dynamic like running.
