Description

This Program Provides 24 weeks of isolated/small group training, suitable for both outdoors and indoors. There are 6 phases each phase lasting 4 weeks in length . Each phase consists of 2 Build/Strength Focused Workouts and 2 Metabolic/Burn Workouts Build workouts consist of 4 circuits. Circuits 1-3 performed in a 10 Minute as Many Rounds as Possible Fashion with circuit 4 being a finisher.
