Get psyched and pumped up to do this awesome full body workout. You'll be toning your bod and feeling fantastic in just 12 short minutes! This workout is easy to do anywhere, just grab an exercise mat or towel for good ab-cushioning measure.


Exercises

Set 1: 1 round
In one motion, jump and spread your legs out to the side and raise your arms up over your head. Land and repeat by hoping your legs back together and your hands by your sides.

Jump your feet forward to a squat.
Burpees
1 minute
15 seconds
Slowly cross your right elbow to your left knee and alternate sides using one movement per breath. Remember to extend the leg you just tapped with your elbow out straight, bringing your opposite knee in closer.
Bicycle Crunches
1 minute
15 seconds
Lower your torso until your elbows form a 90 degree angle. Make sure to maintain your plank position and keep your neck neutral. Push back up to high plank by straightening your arms. Repeat.
Push-Ups
1 minute
15 seconds
Step your feet together, back to a standing position. Keep your body upright while alternating legs.
Walking Lunges

With your limbs straight, contract your abs and crunch up until your shoulder blades and legs are lifted off the ground. Hold for several counts before lowering and repeating.
