I never use to take photos when I started my journey. Looking back, I felt so unfonfident, no unwilling to show the world because of fear of criticism and doubters. Now? I can look at myself at all angles & states and be happy that I am stronger than I ever have been, faster, bigger, heavier, my clothes fit a lot better & the simple things are more pleasing to me now. like fitting into Medium/large, etc. Trust your process & remember - Your journey never stops.
