Description

This flowing bodyweight & yoga inspired workout program is great for beginners or individuals who would like an energizing exercise program to start their day off right. This is a three week program with workouts done about three times per week. Each workout is approximately 20 mins in length so time constraints are at a minimum. Bodyweight exercises only so you don't need equipment and can easily complete this from the comfort of your home! Get excited about restoring your flexibility, building core strength and being able to make your body look like a pretzel :)
