I love this workout site.. I can do all my workouts at home. I am a big fan of Tabata and the HIIT workouts. To the comment under me you are able to use your phone and stream it onto your television.. I have been using this site for several weeks. And I plan to keep using it. I have tried so many free apps Aaron's this is the best one thus far. Almost no ads awesome workouts and I am not bombarded to buy buy buy.
Once you do it, I don't think you can do it again (without using the phone) since it's part of a week long workout trainer thing, not just a regular workout. Trying to re do the first day's workout, that I just did, but won't allow me to re do it. Just going to look at what's done, count or watch clock, and go onto next "move." Hope this helps, and if I can figure out how to redo a workout, in a trainer thing, I'll repost and lyk!
