Description

This program is about bringing instant energy into your body and soul. You will warm up doing faster exercises and targeted core work to prepare your body for backbends that are known to energize the nervous system, which in turn leads to increased energy levels and the feeling of vitality. Yoga flows that focus on heart-opening backbends are a fantastic way to start the day and leave you feeling more awake. This will especially be noticeable if your body is feeling a little fatigued. For some, backbends can almost be like a shot of espresso without the wired, nervous feeling.
