I became a personal trainer in 2016 with one goal in mind: to help people improve their health, increase their energy, and improve their strength and mobility. I am certified through ACE, I am also a certified Senior Exercise Consultant, and a certified Parkinson's exercise consultant. I work primarily with professional men over 50 who want to improve their health, increase energy, and improve their overall wellness. I also work with women over 40 and teenagers who want to improve their health, get in shape, and improve their self confidence. I believe that my clients should train for functionality and fitness first and then progress into specific fitness goals such as powerlifting, Spartan Racing, or organized sports. I understand what it takes to improve your health because I have been on my own health and fitness journey. I was not a lifelong athlete. I began improving my health at the age of 30. I was 100 pounds overweight and lived the typical unhealthy American lifestyle. I decided to do something about it so I started making small changes to my diet and started adding in exercise. After a few years I lost 100 pounds. I am now a avid exerciser, Obstacle Course racer and overall happy person. If you want to change your life and improve your health please consider working with me.
