Within 4 weeks of following our transformation programme your lifestyle habits will change, you'll notice substantial changes to your physical fitness and energy levels while dropping a clothes size or two. You can start the programme whenever you feel ready with a FREE TRIAL WEEK before committing. We'll inspire you smash your goals as well as encourage you to enter our monthly social events, fun runs, obstacle courses, treks or charity events leaving you a huge sense of achievement (which of course are totally optional). During our sessions you can expect: Tyre Flipping, BOXERCISE, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Circuits, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Push-ups, Squats, Abdominal Work, Skipping, Partner Workouts, Team Games, Lots of Laughing and plenty more. All exercises are scaled for different abilities.
