I love spending time in the gym and being able to help others to build up both their physique and their mental health! Nothing boosts your wellbeing more than healthy eating and exercise. Our health is the most important thing and we all should make it a priority to care for it all through life. I mainly focus on muscle growth and sculpturing the body. Building muscles is the best way to get and stay in shape. More muscles means better metabolism and women never have to fear getting "to muscular" - it won't happen on just food and exercise, and most definitely not over night 😉. I push all my clients, men and women, to work their hardest and then some more. I do have an extra interest in legs- and bootybuilding 😄 I have a long history of Anorexia and B
