Description

If you rocked Freedom Fit I, continue your progression with Freedom FIT II. It's another short two-week program and only takes about 10 minutes per workout. Just like Freedom FIT I you'll be working on your entire body by targeting different muscle groups in each session; glutes, legs, core, and arms. Except for this time, you'll be picking it up a notch!
