Description

Slow Burn is a 4-week training program that will have you performing a series of slow and controlled bodyweight exercises. You'll need some equipment for this one so make sure you get set up with a chair, a wall, and a mat. Throughout this 4-week progression you'll notice an increase in both your physical and mental strength. Thrive off that Slow Burn and find the motivation to push through until the end.
