1. Start standing with your feet hip-width apart. Drop to a squat with your hands on the ground outside of your feet.
2. Jump your feet back, putting yourself into a plank. Add a push-up when you're in the plank position if you're up for it.
3. Jump your feet forward to a squat.
4. Leap up or stand up, driving up with your legs.
5. Land softly and repeat.
