Description

Lean & Mean is a 3-week training program designed to build, tone and sustain muscle in all the right places. With a combination of full body and lower body workouts, this training program will help you work towards that lean look you've been dreaming of. You'll need access to a pull-up bar, bench, box or step, light weight barbell and a set of medium weight dumbbells as you progress through these 9 workouts. Make sure you have the right set up before you start each workout, or head on over to your local gym for easy access to the right equipment. Grab your bars and bells, it's time to get Lean & Mean!
