Stand tall with feet shoulder width apart, and your midfoot over the band. Cross the upper band to make an 'X', holding one side in each hand. Step with one foot laterally, moving through the hips. Follow the lead step with the trail leg moving into the shoulder width starting position. Continue moving in the same direction.
