Place a bench a few feet from a platform or ledge. Sit on the bench and place your heels on the ledge, legs straight. Place your hands right beside your torso on the bench so that your fingertips are hanging over the edge and lift your body up off of the bench. Bend your elbows behind you and lower your body down as far as you are able. Press back up to straight arms and repeat.
