Stand and get psyched! Lift your left knee and toes up, then step your left leg back into a reverse lunge. Standing back up with a light hop, bringing the left knee and toes up again. Then step out into a side lunge. Power back up with the left leg and bring your knee and toes up. Continue this combo move.
