Stand tall with your feet together. Lift your right knee and toes up, then step your right leg back into a reverse lunge. Stand back up with a small hop, bringing your right knee and toes up again. Now step out into a right side lunge. Power back up with the right leg and bring your knee and toes up. Repeat this combo move!
