Partner One, start in down dog or on your hands and knees. Partner Two, stand to one side of Partner One, by the hands. Partner One, extend one leg up so that Partner Two can grab it. While Partner Two provides support, Patner One kicks up into a handstand. Partner Two, move one arm in between Partner One's legs. Partner One, squeeze Partner Two's arm with your legs to help maintain your handstand.
