Start facing forward with left leg extended to the left ready to step. Step onto the left leg then quickly kick it out of the way, replacing it with your right leg. Take another step to the left with the left leg. Repeat on the other side. Once you've got the legs down you can add the arms by swinging them together in a circular motion in the direction you are traveling.
