Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and a medicine ball in both hands. Make sure you have either a partner to catch the ball or a solid and sturdy wall for the ball to bounce back to you. Stand 6-7 feet from the wall or partner. Reach the medicine ball high overhead and quickly throw it down between you and your partner. Try to bounce the ball to them with one hop. Keep your torso stable while you only move your arms. If you are using a wall, adjust yourself so that you throw the ball into the wall and catch it on one hop on the way back.
