Lie down on your back. Clasp your hands behind your head and stack your knees over your hips. Inhale and curl your head and shoulders up. Exhale and twist to your right. Extend your left leg out. Inhale and come back to the center. Exhale and twist to your left. Extend your right leg out. Inhale and come back to your center. Repeat.
