Start with your feet together and arms down by your side. All at once hop both feet out to shoulder-width and bring your arms up to shoulder-height with your elbows bent, creating a "box"-like shape with your arms. Keep your lower body still, bend at your waist and tilt your box to the right then left. From there, keep your left tilt and bring your right foot to meet the left while closing your box by having your forearms stacked on top of eachother in front of your chest. Stay tilted and give a head nod. Done!
