Description

The obliques are the core muscles that run down either side of your abs. Many people focus only on the front core muscles, for the desired 6 pack, but often forget to strengthen these side stabilizers. This program will not only help you work towards flat abs, but will develop your sides to be strong, toned and defined. Strengthening the core from all angles is not only important for that beach ready body, but is important because you use these muscles in almost every movement you do. Having strong obliques will prevent injury and improve your performance in most other exercises. You only need an exercise mat for these 15-minute workouts.
