Perform a Crane Pose. Exhale, bend your elbows, and simultaneously shoot your legs back and your chest forward to Chaturanga. Slide back an inch or two. Inhale, lift your chest, and straighten your arms to Upward Facing Dog. Exhale and lift your hips up and back to Downward Facing Dog.
