pushups/situps/pullups All good strength training programs are based on these straight ahead exercises. Even if you have to modify them, it is worth your time to include the basics in your workout plans. For example, instead of trying to pull up all of your weight, you can displace some of it by standing on a box. Or, do pushups on your knees. Master these exercises and you are well on your way to a well-developed and strong body!
