Set up 4 cones in a square. A bigger square will create a more intense exercise. Pick a cone to be cone 1 and face inward to the square. Stay low and side shuffle to cone 2. Once you reach cone 2 sprint forward to cone 3. Now shuffle, facing outward, to cone 4. Stay facing forward and run backwards to cone 1. Repeat until time runs out.
