Stand tall with your feet hip width apart. Inhale and place your hands on your hips. Exhale and fold forward. Release your hands down to the floor. Bend your knees and slide your hands under your feet. Stay for 4 breaths. Release your hands and place them on your hips. Inhale and rise up to a standing position.
